  • Film Crews providing services on set, in pre-production, post-production, and more

  • Artists creating physical or digital art in the form of writing, acting, singing, dancing, drawing and other liberal and creative arts

  • Creative Community seeking connection, creativity and mindfulness

How it works:

  • Peer processing style discussion

  • Sharing and reflecting with empathy

  • Build your own mindfulness tool box

  • Gentle movement & Stretching

Accessibility:

Movement practice may be done seated with props provided or seated in a chair. Live Transcriptions will be provided in English.

Your community guide:

Katie Rotolo (she/they) from Set Intentions, is a trauma informed yoga teacher and mental health first aider, who specializes in leading mindfulness and peer processing groups. She also has 30+ years of lived mental health experience, as well as 14+ years experience as a Production Assistant, Assistant Director, Writer, Performer, Catering and Craft Services Asst., Costumer, and Producer relating to the instability and stressors of the entertainment industry. This work led her to help busy, creative folks in finding balance, stillness, connection to self, each other and Planet Earth.
